Why 28??

Well it is my birthday but....
thats not the reason why i pick 28....
it's like a lucky number to me...
because there's a lot of event happened on that date...
because i won a lot of lucky draw by that number...
well not me, my father won it...hehehe
because it's a "complete period"
because......

It is a special number you know...
